Frequently asked.
How fresh are these leads?+
We search Yelp and Google Places when preparing your order and exclude listings marked closed. Listing data can be incomplete or out of date; contact details are not independently verified.
Do you guarantee email addresses?+
No. The CSV includes available business names, phones, websites, city, state, ratings, review counts, industry, and listing source. Email addresses and street addresses are not included.
What if some leads are duplicates of ones I already have?+
We use business name and phone to remove likely duplicates within the order. Compare the CSV with your existing list before outreach; different names or missing phones can prevent a match.
Can I refund if I'm not happy?+
Yes — 7-day refund window, no questions asked. Reply to the delivery email and Aaron handles it personally.
How are leads sorted?+
Records with a listed phone, at least 4 stars, and at least 10 reviews come first, followed by review count. These are listing signals, not proof of contact accuracy or interest in buying.
What if the search finds fewer records than I ordered?+
Your order stays incomplete and the status page shows the actual count. You can download available records and contact support to resolve the shortage. Do not buy another pack to replace missing records.
Can I buy multiple packs?+
Absolutely. Each pack is a separate order with its own CSV. Buy as many as you need.
