Welcome to Iron Front Digital. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them in plain English — if anything is confusing, email support@ironfrontdigital.com and we'll explain it.
1. The service
Iron Front Digital provides digital marketing services — websites, SEO, lead generation, social media management, reputation management, campaigns, funnels, and related tools. The specific services you get depend on the plan you subscribe to.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind the business you're signing up on behalf of
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and everything done from your account
- One account per person/business — don't share credentials
- If we detect suspicious activity we may suspend the account to protect you
3. Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance, on the day of the month you signed up
- All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except where required by law or our money-back guarantee applies
- Money-back guarantee: first-time subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment, no questions asked
- Cancellation: cancel any time from your Settings page or by emailing support@ironfrontdigital.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active customers
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Iron Front to:
- Break the law or help anyone else break the law
- Send spam, phishing, or any email you don't have permission to send
- Promote fraud, scams, or deceptive income claims
- Upload malware or attack other systems
- Harvest personal data without consent
- Violate anyone's intellectual property rights
If you're in network marketing, you're responsible for making sure the content you publish complies with FTC rules and your company's own compliance guidelines. Our compliance scanner flags issues but the final responsibility is yours.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — your logo, your content, your customer data. You give us a license to host and process that content strictly so we can provide the service. You can export all of your data at any time and you can delete it when you leave.
6. Our content
The Iron Front Digital platform, software, and AI systems are our property. We're giving you a license to use them, not selling them to you. Don't reverse engineer, resell access, or use the platform to build a competing product.
7. Third-party services
We integrate with Stripe (billing), Anthropic (AI), AWS (hosting), and optionally with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms you connect. Each of those has its own terms; you're agreeing to those when you connect the integration.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and we monitor the platform 24/7. Stuff still breaks occasionally — we'll communicate when it does and fix it as fast as we can. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Results and guarantees
We work hard to deliver real results. That said, we can't guarantee specific outcomes — nobody in marketing can, and anyone who promises you "X leads by Friday" is lying. What we will guarantee: 95%+ lead accuracy on any lead pack we deliver (if it falls below that, we replace the bad leads free) and the 30-day money-back window described above.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Iron Front Digital's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
11. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate you for abuse, we'll still let you export your data. You can terminate your account at any time — see section 3.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll email active customers at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after the change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Iron Front Digital LLC is registered. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
