What counts as a "concierge request"?+
One work order — regardless of how many deliverables it produces. Asking us to "redo the homepage hero, update the pricing page, and write a launch email" is one request, not three. Limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Soft warning at 80%, hard throttle at the cap.
How does the founding price work?+
Each tier has a founding-member cap (Starter 200, Growth 100, Scale 50, Agency 25). Subscribe while spots are open and your price stays locked at the founding rate forever — even after the tier flips to standard pricing for new signups. The cap is server-authoritative; you see live availability when you go to subscribe.
What happens if I go over my limits?+
Voice minutes and lead credits overage at $0.25/min and standard credit-pack pricing respectively — small margin, no gotcha. Concierge requests are a hard cap; once you hit it we queue further requests for next cycle or you upgrade.
Can I switch tiers?+
Anytime. Upgrade is immediate with prorated billing; downgrade takes effect at your next renewal so you finish the cycle you paid for. Cancellation is one-click from your dashboard.
Is there an annual prepay discount?+
