Iron Front Digital LLC ("Iron Front," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over your information. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@ironfrontdigital.com and we'll walk you through it.
What we collect
- Account and order information — your name, email, phone number if you give one, password (hashed), company name, and the billing details Stripe needs to process a purchase or subscription. We never store your full credit card number — Stripe handles that.
- Form information — what you enter in our forms, such as the free website audit, a website order, a booking, or a message to us.
- Service data — the content you upload to use our platform: contacts you import, websites you ask us to analyze, messages you send through our chat or email tools, and the data we generate on your behalf.
- Usage data — basic web analytics (pages visited, features used, device type, IP address, referrer). We use this to run and improve the site.
How we use it
- To deliver the services you signed up for or ordered
- To bill you through Stripe
- To send transactional email (receipts, alerts, account and order notices)
- To send marketing email, such as follow-ups to a free audit you requested. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To measure whether our advertising works (see "Advertising measurement" below)
- To improve our AI systems — we do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train third-party models
- To comply with legal obligations when we're required to
Who we share it with
We share data with the service providers we need to run the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — our main AI provider. Text sent to our AI tools and assistant is processed by Anthropic under their commercial terms, which prohibit training on customer data.
- OpenAI — AI processing for phone calls and some features
- Resend — email delivery
- SignalWire — phone calls and text messages
- Google — the free website audit sends the address of the website you ask us to check to Google PageSpeed Insights
- HeyCatch — website analytics on ironfrontdigital.com (pages visited, clicks, device type, referrer)
- Meta — advertising measurement (see below)
- AWS — hosting, database, and file storage
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising measurement
Some of our pages load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp) and tells Meta which page you viewed. When you submit some forms, such as the free website audit, our server also sends Meta an encrypted (hashed) copy of your email address and basic technical details, so Meta can tell us whether an ad led to the visit. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. On some pages a Google Ads tag may do the same for Google ads.
Phone numbers and text messages
If you give us a phone number, we use it to respond to your request or about your account or order. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. If you get a text message from us, reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.
Bookings and messages on our clients' websites
We host websites for some of our client businesses. When you book an appointment or send a message through one of those websites, we store what you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, and appointment time) so we can pass it to that business and send the booking emails. The business decides how it uses the information it receives.
Your rights
You can:
- Access your data — one-click export from your Settings page
- Correct your account information at any time
- Delete your account — email support@ironfrontdigital.com and we'll delete everything within 30 days
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message
If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under CCPA, GDPR, or UK GDPR. To exercise those rights, email privacy@ironfrontdigital.com.
How we protect your data
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt at 12 rounds. If we ever had a breach that affected you, we'd tell you within 72 hours of confirming it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a browser storage ID so our chat widget remembers your conversation across pages. Our analytics provider, HeyCatch, keeps an anonymous visitor ID in your browser so a visit counts once. Some pages also load the Meta Pixel, which sets advertising cookies as described above.
Children
Iron Front Digital is for businesses. Our services are not directed at anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll email active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications get posted here with an updated date.
