You own your data. Iron Front Digital LLC ("Iron Front," "we") provides two paths to delete it: a one-click self-service flow inside the app, and an email channel for cases where you no longer have access to your account.
If you still have an Iron Front account
Sign in at ironfrontdigital.com/login, then go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. The form lets you:
- Export your data first (CSV of contacts, audits, leads, prospect activity)
- Cancel any active Stripe subscription as part of the deletion
- Permanently remove your user record, all generated content, and connected social-account tokens
Deletion is irreversible. We process the request within minutes. Records held for legal or financial reasons (Stripe transaction history, fraud-prevention logs) are preserved per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
If you no longer have access to your account
Email privacy@ironfrontdigital.com from any address that can prove ownership of the account (the original signup email, or an email at the company associated with the account). Include:
- The email address used to register the account
- The company name on the account, if you remember it
- Whether you want a data export before deletion (yes/no)
We respond within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 7 days of verification. Aaron Henry, the founder, reads every one of these requests directly.
If you connected a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) account
When you disconnect Iron Front from your Meta account — either through Iron Front's settings page or through Meta's own Business Integrations page — we delete the OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and any cached profile data we held for that connection. Posts you published while connected stay where they are (on Meta's platform); we never had the ability to retrieve them after publishing.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your user profile (name, email, password hash, company)
- All audits, leads, prospects, marketing leads, and generated content tied to your account
- OAuth tokens for any connected social or third-party accounts
- Voice profile, ICP configuration, and customer-specific settings
- Chat history, support tickets, and internal notes
What we're required to retain:
- Stripe transaction records (legal requirement, retained per Stripe's policies)
- Audit-log entries for fraud prevention and dispute resolution (90 days, then purged)
- Aggregate analytics that don't identify you individually
