Account setup, login, billing basics.

I just paid — where's my access?
You should get three emails within 60 seconds of paying:
  1. Stripe receipt
  2. "Set your password" from us
  3. Product-specific welcome with Discord/hub links

Click the "Set your password" link, sign in, and your dashboard will show the "My Subscription" tab with all the deliverables. If nothing arrived in 5 min, check spam, then email support.

How do I log in?
Visit /login and use the email you paid with. First-time login → click "Forgot password" to set yours via the email we sent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open SettingsManage Subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update card. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — most products carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email support@ironfrontdigital.com with your receipt and the issue you ran into; refund usually issued within one business day.
Where can I download a copy of my data?
Privacy & data controlsDownload my data.
How do I delete my account?
Privacy & data controlsDelete my account. Cancels Stripe subscriptions, redacts PII immediately, hard-deletes the row after a 30-day retention window.

How do I update my logo or hero image?
Your website → scroll to Brand assets at the top. Upload a file or paste a URL; changes are live within seconds.
How do I edit my menu / services / hours?
Your website page is a single edit form covering hero, about, menu/services, hours, contact info, and socials. Click Save when done; changes are live on the next page load.
How do I point my own domain at the site?
Your websiteCustom domain section. Enter your domain, follow the DNS instructions (CNAME or A record), then click Verify. SSL provisioning happens after verification — give us up to 24 hours; we'll email when it's live.
When does my next lead delivery arrive?
Mondays at 9am ET. Elena ships a digest of ICP-matched leads via email + posts them to your dashboard.

No — Builder's Room is async-only by design. No live calls, no scheduled office hours, no 1:1 Looms. The room moves at the pace of the room.
How do I post in #build-along?
Drop in whenever you're working on something specific. Reply when you have something to add. The room reads who's here — there's no posting cadence to keep up with.

How do I start day 1?
The Notion hub link is in your welcome email. Click → niche-selection worksheet. 4 questions narrow 30 niches to your best 3 in under 30 minutes.
How long does each day take?
Under 90 min/day for the 14 days. Days 1-3 are setup (niche, channel art, first script). Days 4-9 are production. Day 10 you publish video #1. Days 11-14 you produce video #2 so you don't go quiet after launch.
Are the script templates editable?
Yes — they're in the Notion hub. Duplicate any template, swap the topic, and run it through your own voice. They're starting points, not handcuffs.

How do I upload my warm market?

When do my daily picks reset?
At YOUR local midnight. The dashboard reads your timezone from the browser; if you're in PT and finishing picks at 11:30pm Wed, you still see Wed's queue.
How does the Recognition Feed work?
Today page has the Recognition Feed widget. Post specific shoutouts ("Sarah just hit Diamond") — public, specific, frequent. Module 4 Lesson 3 in the academy goes deep on the framing.

Affiliate program

40% lifetime recurring on subscription products.

How do I sign up?
Apply at /affiliate-program. Aaron reviews every application personally — expect a follow-up within 1-2 business days.
What's the commission?
40% lifetime on subscription products (recurring as long as the customer pays), 40% one-time on one-time products. Higher rates available on request for top promoters.
How does attribution work?
Cookie-based. When someone clicks /go/<your-code>, we set a 60-day cookie. Their next purchase within 60 days is credited to you, regardless of which IFD page they end up on.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Pending commission is shown on your dashboard; Aaron processes payouts via Wise / PayPal / ACH on the 1st of each month.
How do I see my stats?
After approval, you get a unique dashboard URL: /affiliate/dashboard?code=YOUR_CODE. Bookmark it; no login required.
