Do I need to be an Iron Front customer to be an affiliate?+
No. We approve non-customers as affiliates if their audience fits our ICP. Many of our top affiliates are content creators in the AI / MLM / SMB-marketing space who never personally subscribed. That said — if you ARE a customer, your reviews carry more credibility, and we sometimes feature customer-affiliates in case studies.
What's the minimum payout threshold?+
$50 minimum. Below that, the commission rolls over to the next month until you cross the threshold. This keeps payouts manageable — sending $4 via Wise costs more in fees than the payout itself.
How do refunds and chargebacks affect my commission?+
Automatic reversal. When the Stripe webhook sees charge.refunded or charge.dispute.created, the affiliate attribution flips from 'pending' (or 'paid' if already paid) to 'reversed' with the reason logged. If the commission was already paid, it gets clawed back from your next payout. Public leaderboard filters out reversed rows. Honest accounting.
