What it is
Iron Front Academy is the curriculum customers get included with their IFD subscription. 8 business-foundation modules (covering LLC formation, services, prospecting, sales, onboarding, client management, scaling, advanced growth) plus 5 MLM-track modules (warm-market mastery, content without burnout, recruiting at scale, building your team, going pro: LLC + taxes). Each lesson has action items you can pin to your dashboard for follow-through.
New IFD customers who want a structured path, MLM reps who joined Iron Front because the AI is good but stay because the academy taught them how to actually use it, and customers transitioning from another agency / coach where they got vague advice and want concrete plays.

Every lesson has specific scripts, templates, exact pricing benchmarks, sample emails, real numbers. If you can't take action on a lesson the same day you read it, we'd consider it a failure.
Pin action items to your dashboard
Every lesson ends with 3-5 action items. Pin the ones you'll actually do; they appear on /dashboard/today as a checklist. When the action is complete (e.g., 'open business banking'), check it off. The Pinned Lesson Tasks widget on /dashboard/today closes the read-then-do loop.

Open the academy
/dashboard/academy. Modules are organized by track (business / MLM) and ordered by sequence. Your subscription tier determines which track you see by default.
Read in order or skip around
Modules are sequenced (1 → 2 → 3 within a track) but not gated. You can jump to Module 5 if you're already past the first four. Each lesson takes 8-25 minutes to read.
Pin action items as you go
At the bottom of each lesson, click the pin icon next to action items. They appear on your /dashboard/today checklist.
Mark complete to track progress
Lesson completion writes to academy_progress table. Module pages show your completion percentage. Helps you find your place when you come back tomorrow.

Is the academy included with my plan?+
Yes. Every IFD subscription tier includes academy access. Standalone product purchases (AI Operator's Playbook, Faceless Launch, MLM Playbook) do NOT include academy by default — those are one-time digital products.
How is this different from the AI Operator's Playbook ($47/$97 PDF)?+
AI Operator's Playbook is a 47-play PDF you download once. Iron Front Academy is a structured curriculum that updates as the business evolves, has pinnable action items, and is consumed in your dashboard with progress tracking. Different format, overlapping content. Some buyers buy both — the Playbook for offline reference, the Academy for ongoing curriculum.
Does the MLM track work for any company / any product?+
The plays are MLM-mechanic-agnostic — warm-market work, recruiting, duplication, team building all transfer. Compensation plan specifics (binary vs unilevel vs matrix), specific product training, and your company's policies are NOT in the academy because they're per-company. Treat the academy as the universal MLM operator's manual; your upline/company training is the company-specific layer.
How often is content added or updated?+
Variable. New modules ship as Iron Front grows — Module 5 (Going Pro: LLC + Taxes for MLM) shipped May 2026. Existing modules get updates when frameworks change in the wild — when LinkedIn algo flips or Meta launches a new ad type, relevant lessons update within a couple weeks. Updated lessons are flagged with a "Updated" badge for 30 days.
Can I print or download lessons?+
Lessons are markdown — you can copy-paste into Notion, your notes app, anywhere. We don't ship a print-friendly PDF (every lesson is short enough that printing 50 pages of curriculum doesn't make sense). For the AI Operator's Playbook content specifically, the $47/$97 standalone PDF exists for offline use.
