How does the Recognition Feed work?
On /dashboard/today/details — post specific shoutouts ("Sarah just hit Diamond") that build a culture of public, specific, frequent recognition.

From /dashboard/today, click "More tools" at the bottom. That opens /dashboard/today/details — the power-user surface — where the Recognition Feed widget lives.
Post specific shoutouts ("Sarah just hit Diamond", "Maria sent 19 reach-outs Tuesday and got 3 replies"). Three rules — public, specific, frequent. Module 4 Lesson 3 in the academy goes deep on the framing.
When multi-user team views ship, the same posts will show on each downline member's dashboard so the whole team sees them.
