Edit anything you don't like at /dashboard/site. The generated version is a starting point with content extracted from your existing site — usually 80-90% right out of the gate. Reorder sections, rewrite copy, swap images. If after editing you still want out, there's a 30-day refund window.
Will my SEO suffer if I switch from my current site?+
Generally no — we auto-generate cleaner schema markup, faster pages, and proper mobile rendering, all of which help Google rankings. Existing keyword rankings need a 4-8 week settling period after the switch (standard for any site migration). 301 redirects from old URLs to new are part of the launch flow.
Can I host my email at this domain?+
Yes, but we don't host email — only the website. Your email stays at your existing provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your hosting provider, etc.). The DNS configuration accommodates separate email hosting (MX records stay where they are; only the A/CNAME for the website changes).
What happens if I cancel?+
Self-serve cancel via Stripe Customer Portal. Your /sites/[slug] page stops serving, the custom domain points to a 404 page, and the database row marks status='canceled'. You can re-activate any time within 90 days; after that we may purge the row.
